Can all partners upload content directly onto the website?

YES! If you are a partner you can directly upload and modify the content including text,images and videos.
If partners can directly upload what are the steps to do so?

If you have attended the technical workshop on website development.
1. we have provided you a username, password and page links.
2. Go to the page links and put username and password and do the desired editing.
There is some information on my project that needs to be updated. How can I do that?

It is very simple. You will get login credentials through which you can upload all details. These credentials are unique to only your organization. We request you not to share or distribute these credentials to more than one person in your organization.
How soon can I see the changes reflected on the website?

The changes will be immediate.
I need to upload videos, case stories, in the Knowledge Bank. How can I do that?

You can upload all the items such as videos, case stories, reports, and all other updates in Knowledge Bank by yourself. Each Partner organization has got a unique Login ID and Password through which you can upload.
Information on my project is regularly updated on the Jansoochna Facebook and Twitter pages. Is there a way of getting the same updates on the Jansoochna website?

Yes. Your updates on the Jansoochna Social Media will automatically get updated on the website as News Updates on the homepage.
What are the names of the Jansoochna Facebook and Twitter pages?

The names are Jansoochna on both Facebook and Twitter. The links are:

Can somebody from another organization edit the information pertaining to my organization and project?

The details pertaining to your organization and project can be updated only by your designated Admin who has the login credentials and DEF Admin who is maintaining the website. Nobody else can edit or delete the information appearing on your pages. We request you not to distribute or share your Admin Login credentials to more than one person in your organization.
As a partner, what all information can I update myself on the website?

As a partner, you can update details specific to only to your organization and project. You can update your organization and project details in the Partner, Knowledge Bank, Locations, Contact Us sections from the top navigation bar. On the home page, you can upload News Update, Recent Activities, and Important Links.
To update details by yourself, you will get login credentials only for your organization.
As a partner, what all information I cannot update myself on the website?

You will not be able to update About Us, FAQs, Contact Us, Privacy Policy, and Sitemap.
I have got the Login ID and Password but I do not know how to update the details on the website. Who can I contact?

We have created a step by step guide to help you upload details on the website. Please click Help to start the guide. In case you are still facing issues in uploading the changes, please send a mail to jansoochna.org@gmail.com highlighting your issue and a DEF representative will get back to you.
How do I participate in the Discussion Forum?

You will receive a Login ID and Password to participate.
Is the login credentials same as the one that is given to me for updating details on the website?

Yes. They are the same.
I am not one of the 14 partners. Is it possible for me to participate in the Discussion Forum?

Yes, you can. You simply need to submit a few details such as Name and Organization Name in the fields provided at the bottom of the forum to participate.
